Northwest Landscaping  News
Well Northwest has been doing a
good job on our landscaping and
irrigation needs.

NOTICE
If you have potted plants that
depend on the drip system for
water NW turns off water during
wet weather and cuts way back in
the winter, so your plants will need
to be watered by hand during this
time.

Extra info and things
____________________________________________
If you happen to see a water leak please notify
someone from the landscape committee or a board
member.  They can contact someone to fix it ASAP
as this is money out of our pockets.

Please use the work request for all landscape work
that needs to be done, as this is the only way we can
track to see if this has been completed or not. (i.e.-
dead plants, damaged trees etc.)

All patio extensions
NEED a PERMIT, so follow the
rules and get your permit all patio extensions need
committee approval before installation.

Watch out for the snakes
Notice ;
Ted Johnson is temporarily replacing Jack
Rehe for special projects.

There seems to be a problem with the
"I"clock on Casual this will need replacing.

Clock "D" behind lot 49 has been replaced
with a 12 station Hunter clock at a cost of
$325.00, this clock has a port on it for a
sensor if we decide to add one.
Please
Do Not ask the landscape people for
extra things as they have to keep to a schedule.
Good News;
We are still saving many $$$$ but we still could
be saving more by converting the old meters
when they malfunction with the ones that
suspend watering when it's raining and there is
plenty of ground moisture.

As far as the work requests go Agnes will be
asked to forward the response to work
orders from Northwest directly to the
resident.
A great site for information,
Just type in your question.
